Powder Blending

To ensure your product is safe and effective, we source every ingredient from quality suppliers and send samples of all incoming raw materials to third-party labs for testing. Because precision is paramount when mixing products, Nutra Connection utilizes state-of-the-art blending equipment to ensure homogeneity in every blend. We have two separate blending rooms: one with a 114 Cubic Foot Paddle/Fluidizer Blender for large-scale powder blending, which is fed pneumatically by a completely contained powder transfer system; the other with a 20 Cubic Foot V-Blender, which is perfect for non-liquid or powder blending.

Stick Pack Manufacturing

Our state-of-the-art fill-and-seal equipment ensures precise dosing and hygienic sealing, resulting in accurately filled and beautifully sealed stick packs despite our fast production speeds. We can manufacture 23mm, 35mm, or 40mm wide sticks with ease, and our sachet filling machine can efficiently manufacture 58mm, 76mm or 100mm wide stick packs if your formula requires a larger serving size. The length of your sticks can also be adjusted as needed.
