Our multi-lane VFFS machines are incredibly efficient at shaping, filling, and sealing single-serve packets with accurate weight and proportions. We can manufacture 23mm, 35mm, or 40mm wide stick packs. We also have a sachet filling machine to accommodate larger-serving-size packet widths (2.32”, 3”, or 4”; AKA 58mm, 76mm or 100mm). Sticks and sachets can be manufactured at various lengths as needed.

Our services are optimized for medium to large production runs, and our MOQ for bottle-filling is 5,000 units per SKU (about 300,000 capsules).

Our high-capacity encapsulation equipment can quickly and accurately fill Size 0 or Size 00 capsules with powder (or granular materials). The efficiency of our equipment is supplemented by a capsule transfer system and a powder reclamation system, both of which give Nutra Connection a competitive edge: the former by increasing the speed of production, the latter by minimizing powder loss. At Nutra Connection, all completed capsules are polished by specialized equipment and passed through metal detection.

Nutra Connection can encapsulate 130,000 “double zero” capsules or 145,000 “zero” capsules in one hour.

Our large-scale powder manufacturing services are adept at delivering quality results, fast! Our MOQ (per SKU) for capsule filling is about 300,000 capsules (or 5,000 bottles).

We have two separate blending rooms for powder (and non-liquid) blending needs. One hosts a Paddle/Fluidizer Blender for large-scale powder blending. This blender is fed by a completely contained powder transfer system, which conveys the powder pneumatically. The other cleanroom contains a 20 Cubic-Foot V-Blender for smaller powder and non-liquid blending needs. Regardless of batch size, our equipment delivers a uniform blend, which ensures consistency from product unit to product unit.

Nutra Connection’s high-capacity blender can blend 15,000 kilos per shift, and our V-blender can blend 2,000 kilos per shift.
