Not necessarily! Although Nutra Connection doesn’t print or design packaging materials in-house, we can handle this process for you with help from our printing partners.
*A slight overage of film is always necessary to manufacture your desired amount of sticks. If you are hoping to generate 150,000+ stick packs, for example, then your required overage will be around 10 percent. We can help you determine what overage is best depending on your project details.

Your choice of packet size may depend on the dosage amount, powder density, and brand imaging requirements, but here are some common choices for reference:
Smaller serving sizes of daily vitamins/minerals are usually packaged into 23mm wide sticks with a length of either 100mm or 120mm. (23x100) or (23x120).
Larger serving sizes of hydration or pre-workout related products are commonly packaged into 35mm wide sticks between 130-140mm in length.
In smaller doses, the 35mm wide sticks are more likely to have lengths between 95-110mm.
