How to Access R&D Services - Project Roadmap
Nutra Connection’s R&D services are reserved for our manufacturing clients (new clients can also access them as long as their production quantities meet our minimum order requirements). Whether you are scaling your hero product or developing a new line, our R&D services are accessible by enlisting Nutra Connection as your manufacturer. Our R&D fee is $2,500, but our primary goal is to become your long-lasting manufacturer. That said, this $2,500 fee can be credited toward your first production run with us!

Formulation* - Our R&D team is prepared to help you optimize a current formula or develop an effective, manufacturable product with a flavor profile that matches your brand.
*These services are reserved for our manufacturing clients and typically incur a $2,500 R&D fee.
Sourcing - We can handle sourcing for you as part of our turnkey offerings.
Quality Testing - Nutra Connection samples all incoming raw materials and sends them to 3rd-Party labs for identity and microbial testing (clients can order additional tests). Our manufacturing facility and quality practices are NSF (GMP) and SQF Certified!
Cost - R&D (Custom Formulation) requires a $2,500 fee. Manufacturing/Co-Packing costs vary by project (due to differences in ingredients, quantities, packaging formats, etc.). Contact us to receive a personalized quote!

As a Turnkey Provider, we can handle your entire supply chain. This includes sourcing quality ingredients.

Nutra Connection has quality technicians that regularly perform checks on equipment and products. We follow SQF and NSF (GMP) practices for safety and quality. These practices include sampling all incoming raw materials and sending them to 3rd-party labs for Identity and Microbial testing.

Yes, Nutra Connection can develop, blend, manufacture,* and co-pack custom powder formulations.
*We do not manufacture tablets in-house at this time, but we can facilitate their creation and bottle them for you.

Provisionally, our MOQ's per SKU are 100,000 Stick Packs, 20,000 Sachets, 5,000 Tub/Pouch fills, and 5,000 Bottles (300,000 Capsules).

Our turnkey services are optimized for medium to large-scale production projects, so our "cleaning changeover fees" (and other processes) may be less cost-effective for you if current POs are less than our MOQs. We generally don’t accept R&D projects unless we also assume manufacturing responsibility.
*In other words, until your order quantities reach our medium/large production capacity, it may be best to find a partner whose services are tailored for small-scale manufacturing. But please keep us in mind as you grow! We’ll be here when you need a high-capacity partner to help you keep up with demand.
