Nutra Connection is a high-capacity powder manufacturer. Provisionally, our MOQ's per SKU are 100,000 Stick Packs; 20,000 Sachets; 5,000 Tub/Pouch fills, and 5,000 Bottles (or about 300,000 Capsules).

As a high-capacity contract manufacturer, our services are optimized for medium to large-scale production projects. To preserve cost-efficiency (for both parties) and maintain our industrial-scale efficiency, we typically only accept projects that meet or exceed our minimum order quantities.

Our large-scale manufacturing services are generally best for:

2. Large Distributors

3. Enterprises

We welcome requests from new brands (or established brands) that are developing a new product if your pilot run meets our MOQs. Otherwise, it may be best to get your project off the ground with a low-MOQ manufacturer until you need Nutra Connection’s higher capacity.

Our production lead time is usually 10 to 12 weeks from the time you place a PO, but it can vary depending on your project needs (and our current capacity).

No, we do not provide stock formulas that you can put your own label on. Instead, we help our clients to create custom formulations through our Product Development services so their product ideas can come to life. Otherwise, we function as a Contract Manufacturer that will manufacture your dietary supplements or food products as specified by your formulations.

Yes! As a turnkey manufacturer, we offer 3rd-Party Logistics (such as storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment). 

Nutra Connection’s warehousing space is 40,000 square feet. Our order fulfillment facility is 16,000 square feet.

No, we do not manufacture liquid products at this time. We’ve found that dry products tend to have a longer shelf life, lower manufacturing costs, and lower shipping costs, which is beneficial to both our clients and their customers!

Yes! We offer packaging and kitting services for several product formats.  

Nutra Connection can fill a variety of solid food products into gusseted bags, cartons, tubs, bottles, or jars, including:

• Individually-wrapped candies

• Caramels

• Single-serve packets (stick packs or sachets)

• Grains

• Nuts

• Dried fruit

We are a turnkey Dietary Supplement & Food Manufacturer, so we can help manage your entire supply chain! Nutra Connection specializes in powder manufacturing (non-liquid manufacturing). Examples of services include powder blending, capsule filling, stick pack manufacturing, and bottling capsules, powders, softgels,* or tablets.*

*Nutra Connection can facilitate the manufacturing of your softgels or tablets, but we do not manufacture those in-house at this time. However, we can bottle them for you!

Yes! Although we emphasize manufacturing services, we also pride ourselves on being a “one-stop-shop” for anyone hoping to develop a dietary supplement or food product and take it to market. We’ve been referred to as a “co-packer” due to the packaging services we provide, but we are ultimately a “turnkey” manufacturer that helps you with all of your supply chain needs. Nutra Connection samples all raw materials and final products and sends them to third-party labs for testing. Identity and microbial testing is always performed, but additional tests can be ordered by our clients. We also have Quality Technicians perform full quality checks between every run on our equipment.

Yes, we can handle stick pack manufacturing! We utilize advanced, multi-lane stick pack filling machines to quickly and accurately fill and seal your stick packs or sachets. You can learn more about our stick packing services (and request our services) on the stick packing page, here.

Yes, we do! Our Syntegon machine is accompanied by state-of-the-art capsule transfer and powder reclamation systems that enable fast and accurate capsule filling. We can fill Size 0 and Size 00.

No, we cannot print your packaging materials. However, we can put you in touch with high-quality printers who can help you design and print the materials you need for packaging. Once you have your materials ready, we can help you to package your products and prepare them for Order Fulfillment!

No, we do not currently manufacture tablets or softgels.

*We can, however, package them into bottles! As a turnkey supplement manufacturer, we have a number of supplement copacking capabilities.

Yes! We provide Turnkey Supplement Manufacturing services for powder (non-liquid) products. This includes custom formulation; Packaging powders into bags, tubs, stick packs, or sachets; Stick pack filling and assembly into secondary packaging (like cartons); And high-capacity bottling services for filling capsules, tablets, softgels, or powders into bottles and jars.

• We also have high-speed rotary filling equipment capable of filing non-liquid items into gusseted bags, etc.
