Our high-speed rotary equipment is designed to fill bulk pouches with small foods quickly and accurately. This fully automated process can fill by weight or unit count, delivering a market-ready product that meets your specifications. These services are utilized frequently by our stick pack and sachet manufacturing clients to fill their packets into secondary packaging. However, these services are also excellent for companies needing a co-packer for products they’ve developed and manufactured elsewhere.

MOQ’s (per SKU) - Our MOQ's per SKU are 100,000 Stick Packs or 50,000 Sachets (which we can also package into Cartons or Bags); 5,000 Tubs or Bags (filled with non-liquid food or powder products); and 5,000 Bottles (filled with about 300,000 Capsules, Softgels, or Tablets).

Average Lead Times - 10 to 12 Weeks. Lead Times vary depending on the current production schedule and your project needs (e.g., if your formula is already blended vs. if it is not).

  • Nutra Connection’s minimum order requirements (MOQs) per SKU are:

    • 100,000 Stick Packs

    These numbers merely serve as a baseline for project consideration. To sustain the operational and cost efficiencies our clients expect, we prioritize large-scale production runs that maximize our high capacity, so “initial PO” requests at the MOQ level will be evaluated alongside total annual projections to ensure the project aligns with our high-volume infrastructure and can offset technical R&D costs and operational expenses.

  • Yes! We are a functional co-packer and can accept tolling requests that meet our MOQs.

    Utilizing all of our turnkey services is not a requirement, but remains an option for those who’d like an end-to-end partner to handle their product’s entire lifecycle.

  • No. Nutra Connection does not manufacture or package liquid products.

  • Yes! We have two high-speed rotary machines. While one of those machines is exclusively for powder-filling, the other is a versatile packaging machine that can handle a variety of solid, non-liquid items (e.g., candies, caramels, stick packs, freeze-dried fruit, etc). That machine can automate the process of filling sticks into secondary packaging.

    *Variety packs (multi-SKU packs) will require kitting services, which won’t be fully automated. As a result, the labor cost will increase.

  • Yes! We offer packaging and kitting services for several product formats.  

    Nutra Connection can fill a variety of solid food products into gusseted bags, cartons, tubs, bottles, or jars, including:

    • Individually-wrapped candies

    • Caramels

    • Single-serve packets (stick packs or sachets)

    • Grains

    • Nuts

    • Dried fruit

    • Capsules

  • Yes! Nutra Connection provides kitting and assembly as part of their co-packing services.

  • Our co-packing equipment can fill pre-formed pouches within the following dimensions:

    • Width of 4.5 inches to 10 inches.

    • Height of 5.25 inches to 15.75 inches

    In other words, the minimum pouch size is 4.5 × 5.25, and the largest pouch size is 10 × 15.75.
