Nutra Connection is your powder manufacturing expert! Our large-scale blending capability is ideal for companies needing to accurately and efficiently blend formulations in bulk. Aside from custom formulation and blending services, Nutra Connection’s powder-related offerings include stick pack manufacturing, sachet manufacturing, capsule filling, and powder-filling into gusseted bags or tubs.
*We do not manufacture liquids, softgels, or tablets in-house at this time. However, we can help facilitate the production of your softgels or tablets and handle the rest of your supply chain needs!

Consumers love the convenience of single-serving packets, which means you need a co-packer/manufacturer who can output a lot sticks accurately. Nutra Connection’s stick packing quality sets us apart from many supplement manufacturers. With state-of-the-art multi-lane VFFS machines, we can output over one million sticks a day (over half a million sticks per shift) with accurate weights, lengths, widths, and seals.

Stick Pack Filling
Nutra Connection is a stick pack co-packer with competitive capabilities. Our multi-lane VFFS machines are incredibly efficient at shaping, filling, and sealing stick packs with accurate weight and proportions. We can manufacture 23mm, 35mm, or 40mm wide stick packs. We also have a sachet filling machine to accommodate larger-serving-size packet widths (2.32”, 3”, or 4”; AKA 58mm, 76mm or 100mm). Sticks and sachets can be manufactured at various lengths as needed.

Bottling
Nutra Connection has a high-capacity bottling line capable of filling bottles or jars with capsules, tablets*, softgels*, or powders. Our in-line equipment handles metal detection, weight checking, capping, sealing, labeling, lot & date coding, and tamper-evident neck banding.
*We do not personally manufacture tablets or softgels at this time, but we can package them for you!
Nutra Connection can fill 7,000 - 15,000 bottles in a single shift.

Encapsulation
Our high-capacity encapsulation equipment can quickly and accurately fill Size 0 or Size 00 capsules with powder (or granular materials). The efficiency of our equipment is supplemented by a capsule transfer system and a powder reclamation system, both of which give Nutra Connection a competitive edge: the former by increasing the speed of production, the latter by minimizing powder loss. At Nutra Connection, all completed capsules are polished by specialized equipment and passed through metal detection.
Nutra Connection can encapsulate 130,000 “double zero” capsules or 145,000 “zero” capsules in one hour.

Powder Blending
We have two separate blending rooms for powder (and non-liquid) blending needs. One room hosts a large Paddle/Fluidizer Blender for large-scale powder blending. This blender is fed by a completely contained powder transfer system, which conveys the powder pneumatically. The other blending room has a 20 Cubic-Foot V-Blender for smaller powder and non-liquid blending needs.
Nutra Connection’s high-capacity blender can blend 15,000 kilos per shift.

We’ve been referred to as a “co-packer” due to the packaging services we provide, but we are ultimately a “turnkey” manufacturer that helps you with all of your supply chain needs. No, we do not manufacture liquid products at this time. We’ve found that dry products tend to have a longer shelf life, lower manufacturing costs, and lower shipping costs, which is beneficial to both our clients and their customers!

Our minimum order quantities vary by the type of project runs you require. Provisionally, our MOQ's per SKU are 100K Stick Packs, 20K Sachets, 5K Tub/Pouch fills, and 5K Bottles (Capsules).

No, we do not provide stock formulas that you can put your own label on. Instead, we help our clients to create custom formulations through our Product Development services so their product ideas can come to life. Otherwise, we function as a Contract Manufacturer that will manufacture your dietary supplements or food products as specified by your formulations.
