Cost - Total cost varies by the type, volume, and specifications of the project in question. Many of our bottling projects are co-packing only. Turnkey Solutions for Capsule Products
As a turnkey powder manufacturer and co-packer, our facilities are equipped to blend and encapsulate your powdered product in addition to bottling it. Don’t add another partner to juggle, we’ll bottle your capsules right here with our high-capacity bottling line!
Nutra Connection can fill bottles or jars with capsules, tablets*, softgels*, or powders. Our in-line equipment handles metal detection, weight checking, capping, sealing, labeling, lot & date coding, and tamper-evident neck banding.
*We do not manufacture tablets or softgels in-house at this time, but we can facilitate their production and bottle them for you!

Yes, our high-capacity bottling line can accommodate glass and plastic bottles. Glass bottles incur higher labor costs (and typically cost more to source).

Yes. Nutra Connection can encapsulate powders. More specifically, we can fill Size 00 or Size 0 capsules with powdered supplements/herbs.
We have a trusted supplier for our HPMC and Gelatin hard shells.

No. Nutra Connection cannot manufacture tablets or softgels in-house. We can, however, facilitate their production (through our partners) and package them for you in-house on our bottling line.
